When you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you if you have specified your email address. If your order is not available for any reason, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. If you have been paid for this order, the amount will be returned to you by the same method used to make this payment. If an alternative transaction is required for any reason, a BAZAAR TURC official will contact you for a refund.

4. Shipping

BAZAAR TURC takes maximum care in ordering and processing and will make every effort to deliver your order to a residence in Germany according to the shipment you have chosen. 

BAZAAR TURCE makes every effort to send orders as fast as possible and in order of order. Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 3-5 days, except for Sundays and holidays, with confirmation of your order. On the other hand, although delivery is intended to be done within the specified time frame, this period may be extended due to unexpected events. You may cancel your order if the delivery time exceeds 30 days even if it is not expected.

5. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel the order or refund the product from the date you place an order until 30 days after the ordered product arrives. If you have paid the products, a refund will be made to you, which will include the standard shipping fee for the delivery of the products to BAZAAR TURC if a product return fee has been incurred. If you wish to keep certain products and only partially cancel your order, the shipping fee will not be refunded. You can find all information on the return procedure at www.bazaarturc.com.

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please send a letter to BAZAAR TURC Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@bazaarturc.com, by mail, preferably by using the printed form in your cargo package; or fill in and submit the standard form prepared by the local Consumer Rights Administration, and return the product (s) as specified in Section 6 (Refunds) below, within the 30-day period referred to in point 5.1 above. In the shortest possible period of time or within 14 days following the receipt of your cancellation notice, the same method that you use when making the payment, or if the products are not paid, by reflecting the return of the products to your account will be refunded to you. Subject to your approval, a different form of payment may also be used for refund, in which case you will not be charged any additional costs.

If the product you received is defective, please inform BAZAAR TURC immediately and return the product as described in Section 6 (Refunds) at the bottom. BAZAAR TURC will return the cost of the products which are considered as defective. The matters specified herein do not limit any legal rights in force.

6. Returns

BAZAAR TURC undertakes to fully refund all products returned in accordance with Section 5 (Order Cancellation), provided that all products are returned as received. In this context, products should be damaged, damaged, faded, distorted or frayed (except for trial use) and their labels must be intact and complete.

Leave the products to be returned to a product delivery point in Germany. You can also choose to have the product (s) returned from your home at the same time.

7. Payment methods

You can pay for the products in the following ways.

BAZAAR TURC reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card or debit card, the credit status in relation to the order value, and whether the recipient's address information is correct. 8. Limits of Liability

In the event that it is unlawful for us to restrict or exclude our liability, none of these terms may exclude or restrict the liability of BAZAAR TURC.

BAZAAR TURC accepts the obligations arising from death or personal injury arising from a negligence of us or our employees and authorities. Any liability arising from the misrepresentation or disclosure to be made by us or by our employees or authorities shall belong to us.

In the event of a breach of the terms herein, we will only accept liability for any loss which is a reasonably foreseeable outcome of this violation.

BAZAAR TURC shall be responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity, which is a side effect of the main loss or loss; or is not responsible for the failure to fulfill any of the obligations or delivery of goods due to incidents occurring beyond our reasonable control including fire, flood, storm, riot, civil unrest, war, nuclear accident and terrorist incidents.

The maximum liability that will be liable to you for any loss or damage in connection with an order placed on www.bazaarturc.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.

If you are having problems with BAZAAR TURC from a product you have purchased over the internet and have not solved your problem before BAZAAR TURC, you must forward your complaint to the legal authorities.

If there are defects in the products you have purchased, BAZAAR TURC will comply with all mandatory warranty regulations in force. If you have a complaint about any material or manufacturing defects, including damage to the products we ship during shipping, please let us know and return the products without delay, using the printed return form provided with the product.

BAZAAR TURC reserves the right to transfer or recourse any claims that may arise in connection with the delivery of the goods, including payment installments.

If any part of these Terms is legally void or is voided by any court or legal authority, the remaining Terms shall continue to apply.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights on tumode.com, remain with BAZAAR TURC and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of tumode.com or its contents in any manner other than your own non-commercial use, without the permission of BAZAAR TURC, is prohibited, including in whole or in part the copying or storage of this content.
